Inspection and Warranty Returns
•Inspect Upon Receipt: Inspect your goods upon receipt to ensure they match your order. Using the goods will be considered as acknowledgment that you are satisfied with the items.
•Warranty Returns: If returning an item under warranty, ensure all clothing, footwear, or bikes are clean. Failure to do so may delay or invalidate your warranty claim.
•Damaged in Transit: Any damage caused in transit due to inadequate packaging is the sender’s responsibility. If items are visibly damaged, do not sign for them upon delivery.
Returning Items
•Secure Returns: It is your responsibility to return items safely and securely. We recommend using a recorded postal or courier service that covers the value of the goods.
•Exchanges: For a quick exchange, place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the received item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return postage costs (up to £10) and offer a refund or exchange.
Important Information for Returning Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
•Manufacturer Warranties: Future Cycles issues no warranties; all warranties are issued by manufacturers. We may need to send your goods to the manufacturer for inspection before taking any action. Refer to the manufacturer’s website for full warranty details.
•Free Postage Eligibility: Only items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for free postage and returns/exchanges. Damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, or factors beyond our control is not covered.
•Post-Use Returns: Used items or items with damaged packaging can still be returned. However, we and the manufacturer reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
•Proper Packaging: Ensure returned items are packaged appropriately; any damage caused in transit due to inadequate packaging will be chargeable.
•Cycle Warranty Claims: We cannot accept cycle warranty claims for incorrect pedal fitment or damage to crank arms caused by improper assembly. A wheel becoming untrue through use is also not covered under warranty. We recommend having your bike assembled by a professional, as failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
